HOYUN online shopping refund policy

If customers are not satisfied with our services or products, they have the option to request a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Qualified:

(1) Customers are eligible for refunds for products purchased in accordance with the terms set forth in this refund policy.

(2) This refund policy does not supersede or supersede HOYUN’s limited warranty or the warranty disclaimer mentioned in the end user license agreement.

2. Refund process:

(1) Refund can only be applied before the machine is produced.

(2) To initiate a refund, the customer must email a written request to [email protected].

3. Refund method:

(1) If payment is made by credit card, debit card or online banking, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

(2) For payments made through payment gateways, refunds will be processed to the same account.

Note that refunds or returns are available until the machine is produced. Once production starts, refunds and returns are not supported. A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: HOYUN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TOOLS OR MODIFICATIONS PERFORMED ON ITS EQUIPMENT MACHINES BY ENTITIES OTHER THAN HOYUN.

(1) User alignment, adjustments, adjustments and machine settings are not covered under warranty.

(2) It is the user’s responsibility to understand the basic mechanical settings, procedures, and equipment maintenance according to the manufacturer’s standards.

Shipping and damage:

(1) HOYUN is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the shipping company or other uncontrollable circumstances.

(2) Claims for lost or damaged goods must be reported to HOYUN within 24 hours of delivery.
