Si los clientes no están satisfechos con nuestros servicios o productos, tienen la opción de solicitar un reembolso. Nuestra política de reembolso es la siguiente:
1. Cualificado:
- Customers are eligible for refunds for products purchased in accordance with the terms set forth in this refund policy.
- This refund policy does not supersede or supersede HOYUN’s limited warranty or the warranty disclaimer mentioned in the end user license agreement.
2. Proceso de devolución:
- Refund can only be applied before the machine is produced.
- To initiate a refund, the customer must email a written request to [email protected].
3. Método de reembolso:
- If payment is made by credit card, debit card or online banking, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
- For payments made through payment gateways, refunds will be processed to the same account.
Tenga en cuenta que los reembolsos o devoluciones están disponibles hasta que se produzca la máquina. Una vez iniciada la producción, no se admiten reembolsos ni devoluciones. Se debe obtener una autorización de devolución de mercancía (RMA) válida antes de devolver cualquier mercancía.

- User alignment, adjustments, adjustments and machine settings are not covered under warranty.
- It is the user’s responsibility to understand the basic mechanical settings, procedures, and equipment maintenance according to the manufacturer’s standards.

- HOYUN is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the shipping company or other uncontrollable circumstances.
- Claims for lost or damaged goods must be reported to HOYUN within 24 hours of delivery.
